  • U.S. House Ways and Means Committee, “Ways & Means Committee Passes Landmark Retirement Legislation.” Editor's Take: The SECURE Act includes four 529 provisions including the expansion of 529 qualified expenses to tuition for apprenticeship programs, K-12 homeschool expenses and student loans, and expansion of qualified expenses from K-12 tuition to related expenses such as fees, tutoring, books, supplies and equipment.
