– 80% of employees in 2017 would like to work for a firm that provides student loan debt repayments as an employee benefit compared to 70% in 2015. Editor’s Take: Advisors have an opportunity to expand financial wellness offerings for their corporate clients by incorporating a college financial planning component into employee benefits packages. – 30% of student loan borrowers estimate that it will take between 11 and 30 years to pay them off. Have the college financial planning conversation today, and create a better reality for your clients for a lifetime. – 25% of Millennials report paying accumulated debt as their number one financial priority.
