Also since last week's 529 Dash, West Virginia was updated to the category of “Allow Student Loans & Currently Not Allow Apprenticeship Withdrawal.” Lastly on March 19th, California was updated to a new category. ABLE accounts are tax-advantaged savings accounts for certain individuals with disabilities and their families.
